What is it?

Health Coaching empowers you to make lasting health behavior changes that are the foundation of lifelong well-being. It offers an individualized approach to wellness that bridges the gap between fitness, medical recommendations, nutrition, and more, while giving you the tools to successfully implement these changes into your life.

 

How does Health Coaching work?

  • Coaches work with the whole person, take time to listen to your concerns and ask high mileage questions.

  • Coaches utilize the Circle of Health, the CrossFit Pyramid of Health, the Enneagram and more to facilitate inquiry and personal discovery.

  • Behavior change is client led and happens in a structured, supportive partnership

  • Coaches can help you to identify obstacles to change and create strategies for forward movement.

  • Coaches can assist with finding the best balance of macros and supplements for your body and season of life.

  • Sessions can take place via FaceTime, phone or in person.

20 minute nutrition Consult for $20

Have you heard all about intermittent fasting and wonder if it’s right for you? Are you a vegetarian, but concerned about getting enough protein for building muscle? Do you want post workout recovery refueling options?

Get your nutrition questions answered in 20 minutes. Bring your questions to a 20 minute consult and leave feeling equipped to take your nutrition to the next level!

Monthly health coaching

20 MINUTE sessions - $100 per month (non-members),
$80 per month (CFMV members)

Monthly coaching includes a weekly 20 minute check-in, 4 sessions total. Check-ins can take place over the phone, via FaceTime, or in person. Email support is provided between sessions, as needed. 

During our sessions we will discuss your goals and concerns, cover related health and wellness topics, and partner together towards reaching your lifestyle and health related goals. We will also discuss your progress, challenges and victories. Additional resources include recipes, supplement recommendations, handouts, tip sheets and other resources that will be beneficial for your progress.
