What is it?


Health Coaching empowers you to make lasting health behavior changes that are the foundation of lifelong well-being. It offers an individualized approach to wellness that bridges the gap between fitness, medical recommendations, nutrition, and more, while giving you the tools to successfully implement these changes into your life.


  • Coaches work with the whole person, take time to listen to your concerns and ask high mileage questions.

  • Coaches utilize the Circle of Health, the CrossFit Pyramid of Health, the Enneagram and more to facilitate inquiry and personal discovery.

  • Behavior change is client led and happens in a structured, supportive partnership

  • Coaches can help you to identify obstacles to change and create strategies for forward movement.

  • Coaches can assist with finding the best balance of macros and supplements for your body and season of life.

  • Sessions can take place via FaceTime, phone or in person.
