Our Summer Days program is live!
Our Summer Days program is designed to encourage great form, high inclusivity, and all the fun. Whether your student is new to CrossFit or wants to maintain a level of fitness for after school sports, there is something for them during our Summer Days.
6 Week Program
Starting July 8th
Mondays & Wednesdays
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3:30-4:30pm
July 9th, 11th, 16th, 18th
Aug 6th, 8th, 13th, 15th
A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority helping clients feel their best through food & lifestyle changes by tailoring individualized wellness programs to meet their clients' needs. Relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. Health Coaches understand this and take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person.
